This is a joke, right?
Fab/online social and dating sites in general are crazy saturated (at least from what I've seen).
Without trying to sound bitter or crude, on fab (or other even more mainstream sites), there's no way in hell I'd be able to meet a lady of the quality which I do in the real world.
I don't know whether that's because of the massive imbalance in gender numbers online (supply and demand), whether it's a niche market or whether it's just because you get such a tiny picture of what someone's about from what they can put in a message vs what you get from them if they were to actually approach you in a club for example.
Either way on the forums and in people's verifications, I think a lot of guys are willing to trade the caliber of partner so that they save themselves from actually having to go out and talk to people.
I'm sure this sounds REALLY bitter but it's honestly not intended that way! |
