Just do a karate lesson, which had some fitness work called 32s was really good.
You do 32 lunges on one leg in fast succession 32 on the other 32 sit ups with a jab and a cross as you sit up and 32 push ups. Once you get the end you do 16 of each then 8 and so until 1.
Was hard work and i enjoyed it.
So does anyone have any other good workouts they like doing? |

yeah, and you're talking to yourself.
i went to a health thing last week and we got to stretch this latex strip and that was fun. it actually left my body aching more than doing weights at the gym. |
