Rain... uncovered stands... wind... overpriced food... no ability to see most of the circuit... signal not strong enough for the live timing app (and phone batteries won't long enough)... miles to walk to the nearest toilets...
Nah. I'll sit 20 minutes away in my house with a beer and a takeaway. |

Guess you've not been for a while? There has been less than an hour of rain in the last 4 years.
There are massive screens all around the track showing the same feed as the tv so you get to see it all with the added atmosphere.
3 day race ticket with 4 night camping was £120, that's a bargain.
4g on every part of the circuit.

Just not for me. I go to Silverstone often enough, I just prefer to watch F1 on the TV. Without the massive crowds. |

The shop up Highlands used to open at 5am every morning when I lived there. Too late now but just for the future |
