As I head off for a long hot soapy shower (i'll get you all some mind bleach dont worry)

I put on some music and start to sing my head off.. and realised we all have favourite morning songs, fun songs, sleep songs and sex songs but do you have a favourite shower song??

Mine is Patricia the Stripper by Chris De Burgh..

Videos or it didn't happen

i don't really sing in the shower but the last time I did it was 'wash that man out of my hair'

In my defence the mini beast had been watching it on YouTube

I keep singing show tunes or opera. I really should start listening to the radio.

One Day More - Les Mis. I love to pretend I can do the different voices. In the shower (and in my mind) I can.

That depends OP I have songs I love but in the wrong mood I can't listen to them. Suppose the rhythm of my mind is synced to my ears.

That said do like a bit Tom Jones, Delila when jolly??

Bristol

I tend to go for old blues and jazz standards in the shower. Unless it's a really sunny day and then for some reason I bust out the opera with the only Verdi I know off by heart.

Same here!!

However if I am singing in the shower I usually go for a show tune or two... Including a particular cliche number from South Pacific

You change your mind

Like a girl changes clothes

Yeah you, PMS

Like a bitch

I would know

And you over think

Always speak

Cryptically

I should know

That you're no good for me

'Cause you're hot then you're cold

You're yes then you're no

You're in then you're out

You're up then you're down

You're wrong when it's right

It's black and it's white

We fight, we break up

We kiss, we make up

(You) You don't really want to stay, no

(You) But you don't really want to go-o

You're hot then you're cold

You're yes then you're no

You're in then you're out

You're up then you're down

We used to be

Just like twins

So in sync

The same energy

Now's a dead battery

Used to laugh bout nothing

Now you're plain boring

I should know that

You're not gonna change

But baseballs not Katie perry

Windmills of your mind..

Some of you will be too young to know

I've sung this for years and bastardise loads of the words for some inexplicable reason..

Know the tune though.. well, I recognise it..

Which version I like dusty springfield or Alison Moyet.. its very very wrong to think age means anything when it comes to music or none of us would know any classical music

The Thomas Crown Affair. Steve McQueen & Fay Dunaway. My fave 60's film, so classy, original sung by Noel Harrison from the scene where McQueen is flying a glider.

Its sitting a foot from my head on the bookshelf
