Every 6 months he goes in and gives it a huge muck out and it stinks lol i live in the country and used to the smells of it but when he does the pig farm its horrid

Lazzy farmer

Pigs are incredibly clean creatures if alowed to be and very fussy about where they eat or shit.

Cleaning out the area should be a simple regular task.

I know exactly what you`re talking about. A farm near me had a "static" slurry lagoon which just got filled up over a couple of years before it got emptied. The smell was like nothing I`ve ever smelt before. There were even complaints from people of the far side of the nearest town, some four miles away! It shouldn`t be too bad if the slurry is stirred regularly but it still pens though!
