Every 6 months he goes in and gives it a huge muck out and it stinks lol i live in the country and used to the smells of it but when he does the pig farm its horrid |

Pigs are incredibly clean creatures if alowed to be and very fussy about where they eat or shit.
Cleaning out the area should be a simple regular task.

I know exactly what you`re talking about. A farm near me had a "static" slurry lagoon which just got filled up over a couple of years before it got emptied. The smell was like nothing I`ve ever smelt before. There were even complaints from people of the far side of the nearest town, some four miles away! It shouldn`t be too bad if the slurry is stirred regularly but it still pens though! |
