I think they've maybe read your reply without opening it then maybe been busy or its been lost in amongst other messages. I wouldn't worry about it though, people who do want to talk will make the effort and theyre the ones you should be bothered about x |

It's probably happened to all of us. I know it's happened to me and also I have done this when things have gone off the boil and I think 'oh, that's a really dull and uninspiring one word reply'.

Yes. However, ladies and couples on here don't usually go to the trouble to read a profile for every message they receive.
I admit I went off half-cocked and this is certainly not like me...so I was wondering whether others did so as well.
If ever there was a world of judging a book by its cover,then Fab is it.
The fora are slightly different and usually peeps on here do take time. But in the small wide world of Fab,that is not necessarily a reasonable expectation for a single male to have.
Yes,I feel like a nob for my initial post, but can't help but wonder if this is not a factor in the perception of many of those who receive message's from Seeside.

Have got used to _eesides posts, most make more sense than a lot of people on here...
As for the message , if it's gonna happen it will but don't worry plenty of people send out messages to multiple recipients without any intention of replys because this site is full of fooking weirdos....

If answering the question was of no personal gain to the sender, then it's great that they have tried to be helpful. I occasionally get some unusual questions but don't think of checking to see if it's been helpful (I'm not that knowledgeable anyway).
I think this also can relate to how quickly someone is able to get to their messages - and we know that many users get dozens of messages a day. As it is, inboxes can't sort by priority - so the most urgent message is mixed in with all of the rest, perhaps at the bottom of the pile.
Remember too that people have families, partners and jobs that come before fab.
It's also possible to see the first part of a message without it being opened. In other words, they may actually have read what they wanted to see bit it doesn't seem that way
Overall - don't give help unless you are happy to be ignored, not thanked or for support to be rejected. Move on |

If they are getting messages from admin could they be on some sort of ban?

Depends on the question? Was it a personal one just for you? It was it a generic one that they could have sent to anyone? I have had the latter in the past and just ignore them now or certainly don't worry if they reply or not

They sent you a message asking you a question and you replied with your answer, Maybe they read the message and didn't think it was worth sending you another one,
