Generally the majority of messages are sent by single guys, if you're not looking for single guys (or have blocked their messages) then you won't get loads of speculative messages.

I've already answered, even when we put meet requests up we get less than 5 messages, I think it's a myth about couples getting 100s of messages daily. |

true, haven't blocked them but not looking for them, still many couple say they get them from guys.

we can put up meet reqs every weekend and not get one message yet over 100 people look at our profile..

Yes we get over 500 views sometimes just no messages, probably cause we only play saturday nights as a couple and they have other commitments or can't spend a whole evening with us? |

We are the same, I just assumed we were mingers 
We don't have any filters on, but as we only do club meets occasionally its not really a problem for us but does make us slightly doubt ourselves when couples mention having hundreds of messages, think the most we've had unread is around 7

We don't get a lot of messages although we have had a few today. Even though some of them were from people we're not looking for.

I think the problem is that both people in the couple need to be attracted to the people they might meet so it does make it more difficult. Most of our messages are from single men although we do have one or two from couples. |

Totally agree - we've tried putting meets up and had no response. Luckily we live very close to a club do find it easier to meet people when we go there x |
