The great pic debate!!

I'm completely baffled!! Profiles are "personal", I choose not to have pics for several reasons, the main one being I fall into the cheating category. However for those who have pics surely the content is your personal choice. If I don't like someone's pics, I don't feel the need to rant about it when I'm sent them, I just move on. Do certain styles of pics prevent certain groups getting meets? I'd say probably not because we all have different visual tastes. Therefore unless a member has requested profile advise, do we really have the right to criticise their choice of pics just because they're not to our taste?  |

No. I don't care what pics are on someone's profile, nor do I care what they put in their profile.
I look at it, read it and if I feel I'm what they're looking for I contact them. If they don't reply, I don't contact them again, because obviously I'm not who they're looking for.
I don't criticise and I don't presume to know how somebody should present their profile to others. A lot do.

I like some pics and o dislike others.
Some are good, some are bad photos.
It doesn't make me dislike the person though, if I dislike their way of presenting themselves in their pictures. That could still be and attraction to them.  |

No. I don't care what others do with their profiles and I don't listen to what others like. If someone likes my pics then we have one thing in common. A good start.  |

Usually if they send a rant message or post a rant reply then it's because they feel they're being left out and not having the option to choose or turn you down. |

I try to be arty with my pic's.
Cock pics are to obvious and easy to do. I have got a couple in private pics but not many.
I just like playing with my camera and sharing my results.
Hopefully somebody likes at least one but I won't lose sleep if no one does |

I'm not really that bothered about the style of pics, people can do what they like.
Many moons ago when I was actively meeting I would have many pictures . I have never asked for advice over them, have never tried to appeal to the masses and absolutely do not do requests. The biggest gripe others had with us were that there were no public pics of Mr Iconic, and of course there is never going to be. I never make excuses as to why. Whether we were 'passed by' by those couples who demanded pics of the two of us publicly was certainly of no concern to us.
People should just do their own thing and not be influenced by others. There is no-one that wonderful on here that you have to compromise your own choices. |
