Hi has anyone else noticed that sometimes you run on empty or under high stress, then when you get a day off or whatever instead of feeling enegised you totally crash as it pores out?

Yep! I think your body kind of shuts down momentarily when you finally get a chance to unwind.
It's also the reason why lots of people die or their health rapidly deteriorates soon after they retire - your body starts to shut down after being used to being 'on the go' all the time |

"Look after yourself OP and have sure you get adequate rest and relaxation time "
I try to, I noticed it on a holiday last year staying with a mate - it took 3 days to slow down and get into 'nothing mode' as I kept thinking i had stuff to do |
