Evening people. Does anyone have any helpful remedies for bouts of insomnia.
I know there is the normal things like: wanking,sex and counting sheep.
Anything else? |

ive tried all things and more - suffered for years - best thing is not to worry about it - the body will shut down eventually even if its just for a couple of hours - feel like crap but seriously - if you stress over it will not go away |

If you don't fall asleep in 30 minutes....get back up and have a drink...not alcohol...then try again...repeat..but don't just lay there as it takes too long. It works for me  |
