You've been here two weeks, have a very minimal profile and one of your pics makes you look a little like Rimmer on Red Dwarf 
In all seriousness though, it's not a case of sign up to the site, take a ticket and within a set time you'll be swimming in meets. You need to put together a decent profile that sells you well, take time to get to know people you are interested in (if they're interested in you) and don't expect that the site is instashag because it's not. Some guys will get meets straight away, but for most it can take months or longer.
Do a search for "Profile Advice" and read some of the countless threads about it for ideas of what works, would be a good starting point. Get active in the forums is another one, is a great way of getting to know people and also get an appreciation of how the site works.
