Today's Young people - No ruddy clue

Hull

This happened today in a local supermarket.

Young lad, possibly late teens, standing in front of me in queue for checkout. When he presented his Frozen Meal product to the Cashier, he commented, "my meal is wet on the outside, so can I have a discount?"

Cashier advised him it was just the condensation on the packaging, as the box had come out of the freezer into the warm shop and proved the packaging was intact.

Young lad wanted to push the issue and shouted for the manager. A duty manager arrived, proved the answer by getting a different frozen product, & showing what occurs but the lad was having none of it and started to get aggressive.

Result, he got thrown out by Security but caused such a scene outside with his behaviour that the Police were called.

All because he left his one Brain cell at home! Bless Him! This country's future is safe!

To be fair I've seen outrageous stupidity from all ages, not just young 'uns! It's all around us at all ages.

Mind you that kiddie probably couldn't quite compute that (**GROSS GENERATION SNOWFLAKE GENERALISATION ALERT KLAXON**) he didn't get exactly what he wanted, when he wanted, and right on a plate with the minimum of effort like a lot of people today!
