Anyone else have one? Several people I know have them but open them up before they are full.
I have fastidiously been putting in every £2 coin i've had for the last 2 and a bit years and the end is nigh, I can see the coins about an inch or two from the top.
I'm rather looking forward to taking a hammer to it and counting it up, just hope it lives up to the expectations of reaching the antipated £1000 like the box it came in suggested.
Just got to decide what to use it for now?
How did or would you spend yours?

I'd never heard of them before so had to google it..
I put my £2 coins in a regular hamster bank, my silver (5ps, 10ps, 20ps and 50ps) goes in an oversized vodka bottle and any other loose change my son saves himself |

I had mine for awhile before i realised they were called terramundi pots.
I also have a 3ltr brandy bottle for 20p's and a jar which i put other loose change, any winnings and any money I make from making cakes. |
