"is it just my perception or do the biggest companies,especially media and i.t. companies,have the hardest sites to navigate?feel like going ound in circles,especially with talk talk"
I was with talk talk for a couple of years everything was ok, then change kicked in and one thing followed another not just the layout of the site, I think if it gets harder for the customer to have a say then its time to look elsewhere which I did.
