I tripped on Sunday and landed against a doorframe. I now have a vertical bruise one inch wide and 5 inches long down my left breast.

Never have I been so happy for my human airbags. From the whiplash I think if I had been flat chested I would have a broken rib

Ouch! glad you're not too badly hurt!

Mind you that bruising sounds nasty, let me know if you need anyone to administer anything soothing on it

Sadly if it had been me I would have ended up in the broken rib department. My airbags are pretty useless for a tumble like yours.

I am waiting to see my lovely physio next week. I only let him massage the back bits so not that kind of "massage" but your kind offer is very happily received x

I'm a health professional and hubby is great with his hands, we can make you better for sure
