Why oh why would people wear jogging bottoms to a meet. They belong in a gym and that is it.

Surely when meeting someone it is worth putting some thought and effort in.

most guys i've met look hot in joggers. go for the gym fit guys.

they don't look good on fat people coz i don't think they're tailored to that shape. doesn't make sense that you'd have to have a gym fit body to fit them pants coz most people didn't have a gym fit body when they first started.

And made in a asian factory for about £2.00

End of the day a track suit is a tracksuit regardless.

Doesn't matter how much they cost, a track suit is still just a track suit.

It's all about making an impression, I think. Sure, I understand that people don't all have money to splash on expensive gear, but you can look smart and like you've made an effort to impress, on a very cheap budget. Jeans and a nice shirt shouldn't be beyond any guy. I am sure it cuts both ways for ladies too! I personally make sure I'm wearing something smart, if daytime meet then smart casual, and nice clean shoes.

My comment was simply in response to the type of clothing they can afford. Just putting it out there that not all track suits are cheap. I didn't argue that a track suit wasn't a tracksuit nor was I trying to imply that a more expensive one makes it any better. as pointed out....I'm the mug paying over the odds for essentially an item that was made in the same factory as a less expensive one. (Fair point)

I always make an effort, be it for a social or for fun. My efforts start the day before, planning my outfits, underwear and outer clothing, shoes, then on the day, hair, make up, and even sometimes getting changed in the car on the way to a meet so I look really nice.

Now if a man can't make a bit of effort to do half a much as I do, then he doesn't deserve me.

Anyway I'm from stoke on trent, Hanley sports direct has a formal and wedding section over here.

Quit bitching about trackies, the classiest girls from all the best places (Bentilee and Scaby Abby) get married in pink and white joggers with 'gold digger' printed across the ass.

Tight white t-shirt, slim fit joggers worn slightly off the hip bone ~ hot!!

I posses yoga type ones I wear at home, they do not pass the front door. They're designed for comfort not looking decent. I hate to see particularly women out in them, saggy knees and they just don't flatter. Men if they're fit they can get away with it more. But most people it just looks like lack of caring.

Don't set me off on pjs in public...I might hyper ventilate...I hate it. If someone was severely injured outside my house and I needed to help I might go out in pjs. Oh I thought of something else...pjs in public mid afternoon!!! That just makes me think dirty person..unwashed, no clean undies ughh

Onesies and PJ's worn at the school gates and in supermarkets, should be illegal. It's just sheer laziness.

That would completely ruin the 'walk of shame' effect!

Like most of these things, it all depends on your circumstances, age etc. For us older discerning gentlemen, gym gear is for the gym and not for use on a meet unless it was at the gym of course!

People generally match up with like minded people unless there is a specific reason not to, could be a kink etc.

Be respectful and play nice
