Any tips to help with nausea while you're on your period? First time ever that I've had that symptom during this time and I don't like it.

Ginger is good for nausea so ginger biscuits might be worth trying.

I always liked lemon. Anything lemon helped me but haven't had a period for so long that I can't remember what else I use to do.

If it's not a normal symptom might be unrelated? Try ginger, or a sleep. It's an unusual symptom to be honest (nurse and midwife talking), I would be thinking illness or tiredness

I still read it. I just can't help it, it's like saying don't push that red button. Or don't open that door.

Maybe try travel sickness wristbands?

Have you spoken to your gp? You might be able to have some anti-sickness tablets.

I wish you well xx

Nothing stopped mine sadly - I tried everything I think over the years. But I have an gynae problem too. We are all different & you have nothing to lose by trying ginger & travel bands xx

Northampton Somewhere

If its not normal for you I'd perhaps speak to your gp. Digestive biscuits might help a bit.

My symptoms have slowly got worse as I've got older I'm sorry to say. Sometimes my boobs feel really heavy for a week before and my womb feels like it's going to fall out

Not read all the advice but a friend of mine used to be so ill that she tried everything.

And acupuncture cured it in the end

Biscuits in the bed side drawer. Eat a couple before you stand up
