When I found this place. I thought I was already open minded and accepting of people's ways of life. I was in a way. But not as much as I am now.

Things I thought was 'wierd' in my mind are now quite reasonable when I think about them.

Things I would have steared clear from, I'm now more inclined to try.

Amongst all the posts and threads, I may have found some things to take away from here.

Has fab or swinging helped any one else in anyway? It might not even be related to sex.

It has helped me to realise that I am happier now than I was previously in my marriage.

Ex and I are still good friends but the people who have become good friends on here make me feel alive far much more x

Weve made great friends, met lots of fun people and had lots of fun.

It's made us happier and more open in our relationship and as a result a stronger couple.

i was never into them but i do spend way too much time on the internet now. kind of withdrawing from it and trying to have a life now, hope this happens.

Before Fab, I wasn't sexually confident naked. I would never have taken a picture in underwear, but it's taught me that confidence is a key player here and you've got to be happy with who you are, not who you might be!

And before the little "but that's only because men will tell you anything in here" brigade start, this isn't about validation from others.

Confidence mainly .

I have become far more open minded and willing to try new things.

I have learnt to become more sexual and I am more experienced at sex overall. Learnt certain techniques and confident they work

Before fab, I wasn't sure that there were other ppl in the world who hate as much as I do Marmit and kia ceed. Fab helped me to find a supportive community of marmit and Kia Ceed's haters.

I also found few fish taco to pound along the way.

I've never had anyone comment on my appearance (in a positive way) before I joined here. Still don't quite believe it but I'll take it for now.

Out of all the things I now enjoy, one of my favourites has turned into a bit of a hobby!

Actually feel sorry for my ex - 19 years together and probably half a dozen bjs in that time. Will gets more than that a month!

Sometimes hard lessons learnt are the most important.

Yep I'm a naturally trusting and open person - it's a strength - however when it is overdone it can become gullibility. If others don't share your motivation that overdone strength can be a weakness that can be exploited. I'm more aware of the motives of others on here now and more balanced as a result
