Halifax credit card gives the best. If you want physical cash, then the website travelmoneymax with show the best rates dependant on whether you want the cash delivered, collect in store or at an airport.

i usually do postoffice as best rates. 1005= into euro

1.1240 post office

1126.40 travelex
