nope, and it doesn't bother me. it's actually less stressful not knowing, although i struggle to plan anything and have to live spontaneous mostly. |

i struggle to know what day or time it is. think it's because i don't place any importance on it, possibly coz i had 4 kids and it didn't matter anyway. like nights weren't for sleeping, and my days revolved around them and it's never mattered since then. could be part of my cPTSD also, not sure.
