As its apparently steak and bj day at some point (today or tomorrow? Why is this a thing?) Im on the grill, name your cut and how you want it cooked im a porterhouse medium rare guy!

Sirloins generally better rare / medium rare. Need the fat to render a bit. Fillets good blue

I've never actually had one of thise, but I will eat bits of raw mince when I'm cooking.

It's not that, it's the whole "health risk", apparently.

I take your point about the fat, when I'm doing it at home, I cook it on its end for a bit for this reason and then do the rest of it blue.

Health risk can do one! Haha. As long as the surface is coloured well you wont have a problem.

I think your only meant to eat minced sirloin raw? Might be a couple of other bits as well

Bit of rump cooked rare with sea salt, black pepper and fresh garlic rubbed in. Severed with sweet potato wedges and garlic mayo.

Fillet you can have raw, and parts of the rump make nice carpaccio
