It's not that, it's the whole "health risk", apparently.
I take your point about the fat, when I'm doing it at home, I cook it on its end for a bit for this reason and then do the rest of it blue. |

Health risk can do one! Haha. As long as the surface is coloured well you wont have a problem. |

You probably should then with freshly baked bread.
I think your only meant to eat minced sirloin raw? Might be a couple of other bits as well |
