Who else loved watching this programme when this used to be on TV?

There always seemed to be drama at every turn with customers on the show mainly blaming the staff for things that ain't their fault whether the customers are late for a flight or the flights are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

I really do feel sorry for the staff in these programmes as they always seem to get the end of the stick when the customers want someone to blame.

What I do like is when one customer does sort of stand up for the member of staff like in one episode when air traffic control was down and the customers were getting irate over flights being cancelled, this one woman spoke out and said that it wasn't his fault as he's just doing what he's told.

It is odd how the customers who get angry seem to forget one thing and that is "Don't shoot the messenger"

Just watched a few episodes of Airline on YouTube. It sure brings back memories watching late passengers act like 5 year olds when they can't get on a plane lol

Me yeah

I used to like watching people losing their fucking minds over the most tedious things.

Some used to proper flip their lid

Always the customer who's in the wrong using the term "the customer is always right"...

It's the same with anyone who has to deal with the public, some are pleasant throughout, some are pleasant to a point, some can be pleasant and turn on a dime and some are blatant cunts.

In conclusion....the public are cunts.

Customer service jobs are hard going! Face to face people are bad but has anyone ever worked in a call center?!

Yep. I loved it. It really helped me with some issues I was having at the time. If you can keep your cool when someone who 'forgot' to pay their bill is threatening to come round and murder you, then you can pretty much cope with anything.

Having said that, I still don't like talking to people on the phone.

I loved being extra polite when they were losing it. "Yes sir, I appreciate you're frustrated"

I just watched an episode from series 10 this past weekend where a French woman was refused to fly due to having Christmas crackers on her and her name was Alexandra Twatoff.

The last name cracked me up laughing while watching that episode lol
