Think this morning was the worst pain I've had yet with this fibro. It's left my arm next to useless. Give me child birth again any day, you can't have an epidural in your neck. 
How's everyone else today? All good I hope.

It is isn't it! I don't want to up my pain Meds, I'm hoping it gets better in the warm weather it usually does. X |

Yes it's just left a dull ache like the poster below you has discribed. It's nerve pain in my arm so when my body temperature drops (getting outta bed) it shoots from my armpit down to my ring and middle finger. X

Yes it is thank you, but don't mention it on here because fab still thinks it's illegal despite me telling them i buy it from Holland and Barrett.  xxx |

A gram of CBD isolate is about £65 online and lasts me about a month. I dissolve it in chocolate and just eat a few chocolates every day. The oil from Holland and Barrett is only 2.75% CBD so it doesn't really touch the sides with me and it tastes revolving. You can get up to 20% CBD oil online but it's expensive.
I ran out of my CBD chocolates a couple of weeks ago and dispite having only been using it for 2 weeks, I forgot how bad the pain was.. I wasn't used to it so it fucked me right over. Back on them now and the twitches have almost completely stopped, my pain doesn't escalate too much during the day and I just generally feel a bit better. |

I completely agree. Zapain is opiate based but my cbd oil helps me more then the dam Meds the doc gives me. Prob is the folk who refuse to use cbd oil but use the other just cos it's illegal n they are ill educated.
Anyway I won't discuss cbd oil or the other on here as the nawty step is cold n lonely. Xxx |

Yes I'm reluctant to up my dosage but may have to if I get today's pain too often. Xx |
