Only had this in 2 places. My last year at uni my flat mate got a new boyfriend and screamed quite a lot on there first time in the flat together. Was an interesting interruption to my dissertation writing. I just closed my door to give them a tiny bit more privacy and listened to music on headphones. Only other time was when the guys in the flat below mine moved in, and clearly had a lot to get out of there system. again didn't care |

I can't hear my neighbour shagging but he did like to slam his front door at any given opportunity.. then his neighbour on the other side started competing with him .. so I went out and told them both to STFU or I'd get the council involved...
they have been quiet for weeks now  |

If different when you have kids at home... they shouldnt have to hear that whilst playing with their toys |

We wake our neighbours up before the kids, we are uber lucky and the kids sleep like the dead from 8-7, always have from about 6mnths old.
They guy next door admitted to having a wank while listening to us a while back, we just smiled & shrugged..

I've had a few complaints from my neighbours about my sexploits...the source being the old couple above, who have been going round telling all the others about how 'noisy she is having sex', as my bedroom is below theirs.
I went upstairs the other week to apologise and the old dear (about 80) just said 'im only jealous!'

My friend has had issues with the people next to him shagging in the early hours of the morning constantly which is a prob as it wakes them. By early its like 2am and him and his wife have day jobs to get up early for |
