I've got as far as you OP but don't fancy weeks trying to catch up.
Sky did a series review of the last series lasting 1 hour.
I need one of those for every season including the first as it was a year ago I watched the first 5 episodes.
I'll be honest I didn't have a foggiest what was going on. |

I read two of the books before I caved in, mainly due to impatience and bought the first 5 series on box set. I've also watched season 6 and I'm all caught up... And hooked obviously... I know the new release is imminent but I only have poor man's TV so will have to wait for the series on DVD... Sob... |

Now TV, 6quid a month cancel any time, it's cheaper to watch it like that than buy the season box set |

I was on the last book when the TV adaptation began, I was very disappointed with the adaptation at first.
My imagination was for better than the people that converted it, but have grown to love it and as it's left the books and taken different routes I'm really looking forward to Mondays new series |

I thought that at first, but then thinking about it they have so many limitations due to budget etc so it'd always be held back in a way our imaginations and GRRM's writing can't be |

Good tactic
Just put your fingers in your ears and sing 'Lalalala' to avoid any spoilers on here |

I just want it to end now tbh, I'm too invested to stop but feel the quality has dropped pretty much each season. Still a great show, but ending over these next two shortened series will mean it doesn't outstay its welcome. |

Great idea in principle, but I only have a dongle for internet so not sure if now TV wouldn't eat my data allowance? X |

"I'm seriously tempted to stay up (or get up) and watch it, but it feels so sad. I'm torn!"
I am having the same dilemma. I want to see it as soon as possible but need to be up at 6 for work |

Yeah I'm dreading how tired I might be, but I guess it's just once... I'll be gutted if I don't watch it and then someone spoils it on Facebook or something |

"I cant get HBO at the moment, how quickly do you reckon it will be online?
They're up pretty quickly I think. 1-2 hours after it's finished airing "
