Definitely interview her and tell her you have more potential candidates and ask what she excels at that would set her apart from the others followed with a huge comedy wink

Officially you need to advertise the position
Maybe you could have a group interview that way you can compare everyone at the same time. In fact she might want to test some of the candidates in front of you and see if she needs her own under-secretary |
