My kids get an itchy arse when they haven't wiped their bum properly. I suggest you revisit your wiping technique given you are a tad older than 4 years old.

Naw I wet some tissue before settling on the throne, if there's no bidet. One dry wipe, one wet wipe then one more dey wipe, but normally a wait till am home but sometimes when you gotta go, you gotta go fs. |

Sounds like worms to me too OP, next time you poop check it for the wriggling critters, then pop along to the pharmacy for some medicine. If you can't wait try a good dose of castor oil, that should flush them out. X XXX |

Basically, the crux of the matter is that it's not particularly normal to have an itchy arsehole, so no, not everyone can understand it being satisfying without it also being a concern!
