My brother and his gf have had an almighty Barney
He has kicked her out, she is in tears, she has gone back to her parents
TBH he isn't well and is suffering with depression at the moment, but he hasn't been taking his meds.
He has phoned mum up for support and she told him he was in the wrong !!!
All hell has broken loose

I'm overthinking in a blind panic and can't find a way to simplify all the myriad of jargonistic methodology and cliche terms floating in my head. Just can't access the topic and am beating myself up as I should really know how to do it. Severe loss of confidence and imposter syndrome and keep bursting into tears. It's stupid and hideous.
