Does this site pick up on email addresses?
I reported a user after i blocked him and he rejoined. He's rejoined several times in 4 days. Always the same blurb so I know it's him.
I keep getting abuse because I've turned him down. So I block and report him.

No, there's nothing stopping someone rejoining over and over. Unless they've committed sins worthy of being banned from the site and having their IP address blocked. |

just keep blocking him. Don't rise to him by letting him see how pissed off you are. He could be reading your thread. X
