Thakyou all for you help. I will get cam out in a bit. What pics would get me noticed?? I really cant do face ones as i will probably lose alo o work haha

Unless there's a reason you cannot do so, get a face pic up as your avatar photo and ditch the cock pic to private.
Your profile needs tidying up. You've run some words together, there's a lack of punctuation in places. Yes, some might say it's pedantic, but you have to sell yourself to compete with the loads of other guys whose profiles might be better.
Make an effort, and get the benefit.
On a plus side, you've two verifications in a year; some guys would kill for that.
