"Evening Jim,
Not staying late, busy day tomorrow including a 3 hour job Interview, tests and selection process.
"
Evening, GG. A three hour interview, sounds challenging. The very best of luck to you. |

"How do you decide whether you'll use "smileyface" or in your OP? Is it random or is there a pattern?
It's RaNdOm."
I'll bet there's a subconscious pattern to it. Thoughtful-face. |

It is an interview, with numeracy and literacy tests, then logic tests (will fail the last ones as I never ever see the point in them!), then group role play for all applicants to interact with each other to work out a solution to a problem.
Following on from that is the driving test in one of their company vans to find out your good and bad driving habits. |

It's not like an interview I've done. More like The Krypton Factor. |

It's for a Trainee Bus and Coach Driver's post. I daresay if I'm going to drive up to 70 people around in sheer terror, I may as well be qualified to do so
Actually, applied to the other bus company in Hull and have got thru to their company medical next week. Their interview and tests process took just over 2.5 hours. They're both thorough! |

At least having done one interview process plus advice from bus driver friends, I'm more in the know what to expect tomorrow.
Anyway, Good Night from me. |
