Is he a lotto millionaire and just needs to get out of the house?

I'd feel awkward handing over £2 for a job well done.

£20 for ours - and that doesn't include the frames (grrrr!!!!) nor the velux windows in the loft. 15 windows (half of which are largish ones with 3 or 4 standard panes in each), 1 set of large sliding patio doors, 1 set of french doors and 2 half glazed doors.

Ooh the benifits of living in a ground floor flat and having a steam cleaner takes me less than an hourto do all mine and frames and I get my little one to help with the squeegy thing.

Everyone seems to be skirting over the fact that this window cleaner seems to be bleeding.

I think I'm being robbed as I have a three storey house, but my window cleaner only cleans the first two floors.

He does front and back, but that's one bay, one porch, six windows, two velux and a double patio door.

I believe the problem now is thanks to 'elf and safety you cannot go over a certain height with purely ladders, you then get into the realms of scaffolding which is totally impractical.

I have seen locally window cleaners, who have ver long poles, where water is pumped up to enable them to reach three storey buildings

Our window cleaner uses one of these (hence why the frames aren't cleaned) - it takes about 15-20 minutes max to do the whole house. I do wish I could find a window cleaner with ladders who'd clean the frames though - I much prefer those I do the velux ones in the loft myself - easy flip job.

An Hour to do a single house. I've seen the window cleaner do half the street in less than an hour
