go for it, and keep smiling like your name suggests.
Keep it up and it will become a lifestyle change that you will want to keep.
If I can offer any advice, it would be just don't overdo it, twice a week will be enough to make a difference. If you go anymore than that, it could become a chore or even an obsession.
I'd imagine you're a determined lady because I regularly read your posts, and if anyone can do it, you can. |
