Afternoon all, I'd say this is one more for the ladies.
I've recently brought a couple of the kegel balls from lovehoney, the 30g and 60g. Thought I'd start with the smaller one so popped it in this morning and off to work I go.
My question is, is it actually doing anything. I seem to be having no trouble keeping it in, but the size of it to me looks like it'd be pretty difficult for it to just fall out by itself anyway, so probably isn't needing much effort to keep it in place.
Has anyone else used them or have you tried any other weights? X |
