People's profile pictures are all blank and can't see any

Maybe they don't have a profile picture?

But sometimes photos do appear blank when I look at people's profiles. When I click on them they do appear though. Just a glitch I assume.

Ive noticed it too, its only some profiles i click on though not all of them.
