This winter has been a strange one.
I'm not the whingy sort but has anyone else been getting cold like automatically IE sore throat blocked runny nose say for a day or so then it goes only to come back a day later? Sometimes the symptoms hang around for just a few hours go then back again!It really is doing my Swede in. |

I get the flu jab so have avoided that...
As for viruses, I usually get whatever my son picks up and kindly passes on to me, but not had anything so far....

No thankfully I've missed out on the virus that's been doing the rounds here. It's been a bad one this year and has lingered for weeks when you have it. Not sorry I didn't get it  |

Are you sure it's viral? Could you have developed an allergy to something? |

i was ill the week before xmas and into the middle of feb - so it must have liked me and decided to hang around - first 3 weeks of this year i was ill in bed |
