For example, my step dad just looked at me like I'm nuts for having the fingertips of one hand wrapped in tin foil while carrying kitchen roll and a spoon in the other hand.

Shopping.

I don't mean going to a shop, and buying something you require.

I mean spending all day "shopping" and coming back with like nothing, or one thing they didn't go for....but taking all day checking 27 different shops.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

You don't need to be male to be baffled at some of the things some women do. Like lip implants, botox, £5,000 handbags, and stiletto heels.

Sounds about right. That's the good thing about woman shopping. We don't buy till we see what we were looking for that wasn't there before we thought of it and set off not knowing if it's been invented yet but we know EXACTLY what colour shape and size it is and how much we want to pay .......... we are..... genius.

Reminds me of the song from My Fair Lady 'Why can't a woman be more like a man?' I always thought,'if that's how you feel, why don't you just date a man instead?'

A lot of these supposedly annoying habits, wearing make up and high heels, removing body hair are the sort of thing that could earn us a lot more criticism for NOT doing them.

As for carrying bags in the crook of the elbow, that's to keep the weight of all those items we've spent all day and a major expedition to buy, borne by the upper arm and shoulder rather than the forearm. It also has the added benefit of cutting off the blood supply, making the fingers go cold so, easier to slip a ring onto and never get it off,not so daft after all

There's loads of men who like being hair free themselves and as a hairy woman, what a man prefers is of no consideration at all.

when I go shopping its for a specific thing from a specific shop...

if I cant find it there I go home and look for it online

Shopping!

As my father once said on a department store when we were all dragged along with Mum,

"It makes no difference when you'll be asked about the umpteenth item of clothing which has been tried on & the inevitable question is asked... 'how do I look in this?' ..... whatever your answer is, no matter how positive, it is irrelevant, as she has already made up her mind!"
