I found it was stress related - worrying about it happening again made it happen again.

I've had agonising cum headaches.
First time, I thought I was having a stroke (CVA, you filthy lot).

I've suffered from post coital migraine on and for years but never suffer with migraines at all.
Doc says it's a pressure build up. You need to relax, make sure you've not got your neck in an awkward position and DON'T try and chase the orgasm, just let it flow, even if that means it takes longer to achieve or isn't as intense.
I was prescribed diclofenac for it I think when I first went but know I can control it better by changing positions when I feel one brewing and regular massages to stop neck tension. |

I've had them a few times when trying too hard to concentrate on cumming. If I'm on the brink of climax but not quite there and try to force it, I'll get a headache.
It most usually happens in rushed meets. Why I prefer unhurried situations. |
