Has anybody ever returned anything to lovehoney ? i had a massive order this week but am returning some of it, are they usually ok ?

I think they're more than okay, I've sent clothing back when it didn't fit and they exchanged incredibly quickly without quibbling. They've got a great reputation for customer service.

I've never returned anything although should of returned the huge dido that I bought ...must not of been looking at how wide it was

and was looking at size ...anyway it's still in packaging ..might contact them and see if they want it back after 6 months

Lol no it's all clothing they do x3 sizes but the boobs don't match lolol so it doesn't sit right x
