It was always just a list of unlicensed houses.....then they put that list on a computer....so not much has changed apart from they are saying they can track your if using iplayer to view BBC content. Maybe or maybe more propaganda  |

Only if you're watching it as it's being broadcast,if you only watch catch up/on demand (apart from BBC iplayer obviously) then you don't need a license.
