Okay, here's the deal.
I asked for someone's help to write my profile for me a while ago. (No succes)
So I need a wingman/woman, to write that 'well thought out, personalised, cleverly constructed message that's stands out and shows off your personality' Ice breaker.
I'm not being lazy, I like to think of this as delegating a job to someone in a better position to sell me, rather than sell myself.
Apply within.
*it would help if I can borrow one of your face pics to send if you more handsome than me. Thanks in advance. |

You could open by asking the question, "how heavy is a polar bear?
Heavy enough to break the ice"...
That one usually get a good response,
Loud groans or the sound of tumble blowing past.. |

I'm no good with that imaginative ice-breaker but I can help with an abuse, scathing and expletive-ridden response if you get a polite 'thanks but no thanks' reply in return.
Reasonable rates too, PM me |

You don't need an icebreaker, you need to be genuine.
You need to let the ladies (or men) feel like the message is mean't for them, that you haven't tried your luck with half the site before the hat threw out their name.
You need to make sure that you don't mention other meets you have/had (why do folk do this?) as it makes you sound like a muppet, not like an "in demand" fab member.
Just be yourself. Don't use people in a negative way like so many people on here do.
That would make you stand out on here. |

"If your struggling to write your own ice breaker, how will you cope on a social "
This is thinking ahead. Possible choice right here. Wingman material in the making. |

"A profile should be your own if someone else puts in the work for you then rightly so they should get the spoils that come from it.
"
That's a Selfish wingman.
Bottom of the pile for you. |

So you want someone to write a profile and messages, using their imagination and personality?
It would be better to go the whole hog and for them to use their pics and for them to go on the meet too, save any of your effort completely. |

Op, I'm certain there's no universally succesful ice-breaker message. They always look cut n paste. The trick is to personalise every one you send. When we message someone, we first read the profile, look at the pics and interests, and then construct something that reflects what we know about them. And we try to give them a flavour of ourselves.
You have to accept that most will fail, but at least when you get deleted and blocked, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you tried your best

"I'd re write your profile for you but I'm afraid it wouldn't be an improvement, yours is better than mine lol"
Can I borrow a pic or two then? Send by mail if you like?
*you can't blame me for trying |
