Having taken a break from the gym due to working away and general apathy I'm struggling to find the motivation to get back in there!
I need to and want to but my brain just goes 'meh' or finds other things that need doing round the house too!
Does anyone else get like this?!
Need to kick myself up the backside I guess |

Oh yes,I'm thinking as I'm nearly 50 I can just stop anyway . Look out your gym kit and get yourself down there, you'll feel a whole lot better for it,your body is a temple and all that. If you look after it it'll look after you! |

I find once ive got into exercising (although i dont go the gym) for a few days the motivation to do it improves, then find if i miss a couple of days i actually miss doing it. Unfortunately though my health is against me currently but hoping to get back into it shortly |

Had 3 weeks off for illness and now struggling to get back into routine as other things in way and when I went I felt so weak compared to before.
But I did love it so will just blast out a session and get on with it till it all fits again |
