Hi i have used beppy sponges the wet ones. Easy to fit but i found quite hard to remove, need long fingers . I only used them when light so day 1 or very last day. I do recommend them. Purchased from ebay and very quick delivery.

Ok so I'm going to order the wet ones, but it would be great to post your thoughts here ladies, wet or dry? Good or bad? It won't do any harm I suppose to have another thread about them, I'll pop back on after the weekend to let you know my experience of them
Thanks again everyone, Mrs blue eyes |

"I wish I knew the answer.
From what I've worked out its a sponge you insert for when auntie flow comes to visit that doesn't stop play."

I have some dry ones and use them with no problems.
Slightly awkward first time I put it in and a little self conscious but fine since.
My knack for getting it out is a shower before bed, I tilt the shower head up me to wet the sponge, the weight of it then and gravity help get it out in a breeze.
