Medium for me - that's plenty hot enough!
When I was more of a 'lad' in my twenties I might have forced the Extra Hot just for show but inwardly I'd regret it! A bit like ordering the hottest curry to impress your mates.
I'm less bothered about that sort of bobbins now so stick with what I like. So medium it is! 
And why, when people go to a Nando's, is it always a 'cheeky Nando's'?  |

Maybe the new sauce will actually be hot? I don't rate their "hottest" sauce at all.
To be fair I don't really rate Nando's much, but get dragged there occasionally. |
