I've just recently started one of these '28 day' squat challenges.

Looking to gain a bit more ass lol

Have many on here done them?

Any good results that have impressed you?

Not done this before, but since adding more squats to my work outs (squatting x a week) my ass has grown!

Doing weighted hip thrusts are the best glute builder in my eyes though. Add weights, better size gains!

Sounds like i'm on the right path then... Weighted hip thrusts is a new one though! Going for strength behind the thrusts huh!

Check out the Glute Guy's (yep he calls himself that); he's really popularised these. The work, but, as with everything, you've got to do them properly.

Will do, thanks for the tip- technique is always important I do mine side using mirrors to check my form lol.
