Not done this before, but since adding more squats to my work outs (squatting x a week) my ass has grown!
Doing weighted hip thrusts are the best glute builder in my eyes though. Add weights, better size gains! |

Sounds like i'm on the right path then... Weighted hip thrusts is a new one though! Going for strength behind the thrusts huh! |

Check out the Glute Guy's (yep he calls himself that); he's really popularised these. The work, but, as with everything, you've got to do them properly. |
