No one (ish) ever meet at the drop of a hat.
First meet is always agreed and planned ahead; Am I right??.
So..why some woman don't want to meet if they only live couple of hours of train away. |

"Maybe it's not the distance that's making them not want to meet? "
Good call, I've spent a total of five hours traveling for a meet and was worth it.
But I know what I'm working a month in advance, and it's never the same.
It's all about compromise so just go with the flow and not be pushy mate |

just the fact you haven't got a car will put most people off.
on POF you can say if you have a car or not and most guys have figured the above out so if they don't have a car they put 'rather not say' which tells us they don't have a car anyway. |

Tbf in london a car is about the slowest way to get anywhere when you factor in trying to find a parking spot :p |

he's talking a couple of hours train drive. probably would be quicker in a car?
i forgot to say that most people also don't like guys to travel too far to them either. not sure why but i'm the same myself, i just want regular meets and someone far away isn't gonna be able to meet me enough. |

If the desire is there, then distance shouldn't be a problem |

I wouldn't travel 2 hours for a meet. I used to do it when at uni and my bf lived elsewhere. We'd spend the weekend together then the journey home on a bumpy train would be torture for my tender lady parts! |
