a quandary, could you change my mind?

Never uses a Wok at home as the cooker wouldn't be upto the task of getting it hot enough to do a proper stir-fry

I use mine loads. Had to buy a new one and season it as ma ex ran off with the one that I'd had for about 18 yrs

Dont do this if its a proper carbon steel wok as the acidic tomatoes will strip off all your seasoned patina
