i have only ever blocked 2 people on my account
just noticed that 1 of them has changed his profile name
the list has been picked that up and he still remains on the block list
i do like that feature - hopefully he will remain on the block list of the other people he has obviously pissed off to such a degree that a name change was necessary |

It's the account that is blocked, not the username, although it's the username you search for when applying a block unless you clicked on 'Block user' from that person's profile page.
Confusing I know but it allows for people to change their profile username if they want to. |
