Withholding time, love, sex etc rarely gets you the reaction you're looking for sadly. It just winds you up! Why are you ignoring the person and is there a more efficient way to get what you're seeking?

A bit of an oxymoron. If you're ignoring someone, then ignore them because if you say or do something to do them, you're not ignoring them.

Of course if he were to ask how you are don't forget the standard answer of 'fine'. He'll accept this as a logical statement and then ignore you.

The weirdo that I am..I tend to have a conversation with myself but referring to him if you know what I mean, so when he butts in and asks "what the hell are you talking about" I reply by saying "eh think it's skipped your notice but I ain't talking to you"
