Any one else suffer Sunday night syndrome when you just can't sleep and then knackered all day Monday

I get bad 'MondayMorningitis' every week where I really can't be arsed to get out of bed, I think it's similar

I don't work much and never on a Monday but I don't sleep well the night before I have work in the morning. I'm not sure why though.
